What ingredients are in Milton Point Sweets' products?

Our products are created from a selection of the finest, highest quality, ingredients: unbleached white flour, white and brown sugar, imported Belgian chocolate, imported Dutch cocoa, unsalted butter, eggs, walnuts, pine nuts, roasted peanuts, almonds, cinnamon, chocolate and white chocolate morsels, rolled oats, ginger, marshmallows, sea salt, molasses, and pure Madagascar vanilla. Please see the description in the pop-up under each product on this website for specifics concerning each of our product's ingredients.


Can people with allergies eat Milton Point Sweets' products?

The most common allergens in Milton Point Sweets' products are walnuts, pine nuts, and peanuts in many of our products, with the exception of the Ginger White Chocolate Chip SweetBars, Sablés and Toffee Priddles.. All of our products are processed in a commercial kitchen that has nuts on the premises.


How long will Milton Point Sweets' products last?

The shelf life of our products are shown below when stored in an unheated area.

Our SweetBars will stay fresh for 10 weeks, Sablés for 6 weeks, Rocky Rileys, CrumbDaddies™, CrumbMammas and Toffee Priddles for 4 weeks, Melting Hearts for 3 weeks.

Our CrumbDaddies™ and CrumbMammas should be kept in the refrigerator to maximize freshness. If you freeze any of our product well wrapped, they will last up to one year.


Does Milton Point Sweets do catering and corporate events?

Absolutely. We prepare catering trays, baskets, and other customized packages that fit your particular needs. Please call us to discuss your next event in detail. We are happy to suggest various ways to please your friends, relatives, and business associates. Currently catering events are accepted only in Westchester County, southern Connecticut, and New York City.


Does Milton Point Sweets accept special order requests?

Yes. If there is a combination of flavors or you'd like a custom order, please see our individual product pages on this website or contact us. We are highly responsive to all requests, assuming that we have enough time to prepare for your needs. Please call us to discuss any special requests.


What are your order policies?

We have a $25 minimum for all orders. Our products are shipped fresh and as quickly as possible. Please allow approximately three to five business days for your order to be produced, shopped and delivered, with extra time during busy holiday periods. Feel free to call us to place your order.


What is your return policy?

Milton Point Sweets guarantees that you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase of our products. If you are not, please return your order within one week of receipt. We will send you an immediate refund or product replacement, whichever you prefer.
Please email or call us and we will provide you with the details concerning where and how to return your product. Please include a letter explaining your concern and indicate whether you would like us to issue a replacement or credit. Please also include the label from the outside of your package for identification purposes when returning your product.


What are your shipping and handling charges?

We ship via the United States Post Office (USPO) and UPS. We offer Standard Ground (3-5 days), Next Day, and Saturday delivery. Shipping charges are determined by weight.

The chart below provides Standard Ground charges within the Northeast. Incremental charges are applicable for shipment outside the Northeast and by air; please contact us for details.
